* Allan C. Barbieri has joined the board of directors of Biomerica Inc. in Newport Beach. Barbieri is the former president and chief financial officer of Buy.com.
* Alan Waters has been named branch director of Interim Technology Consulting, overseeing the Irvine and Los Angeles offices. He had been director of sales.
