Dental/Medical Diagnostic Reports Loss of $3.4 Million

Dental/Medical Diagnostic Systems Inc., Westlake Village, posted a net loss for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 of $3.4 million compared with income of $669,400 for the same period last year. Revenues increased to $6.4 million compared with $6.2 million.
The loss was partly due to overseas revenues and expenses associated with a canceled public offering.
The company develops and manufactures high-tech dental equipment.
