Westlake 45, Canyon 6--Quarterback Zac Wasserman and the Warrior receivers overpowered host Canyon with big plays.
Wasserman completed 10 of 19 passes for 176 yards and four touchdowns.
Receiver Chris Catalano scored on receptions of 27 and 21 yards.
Michael Brignac scored on a 47-yard receiver screen on the first play of the third quarter to give Westlake (3-1) a 24-0 lead. Brignac also intercepted a pass.
Brignac completed the scoring by returning a punt 53 yards for a touchdown.
Westlake, ranked No. 4 in the region, rushed for 186 yards. Fullback Frankie Toner ran for 95 yards in seven carries and scored on a six-yard run.
Canyon (1-3) was led by fullback Colin MacNeil, who rushed for 85 yards in 13 carries and scored on a five-yard run in the third quarer that cut the deficit to 31-7.
The Cowboys failed to complete a pass for the second consecutive game.
