Good Weather Justifies Higher Home Prices

Regarding “Hey, Bill and Hillary, You Coulda Been a Hot Property” by Julie Tamaki and Sue McAllister (Sept. 19), yes, it is true that Los Angeles property is much more expensive than New York property, but the difference is the weather.
I have lived in both New York and Los Angeles. I feel very strongly that the superior weather of L.A. over New York justifies the higher prices.
