The Cypress branch of the Orange County Public Library is now open from noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Elke Faraci, library branch manager, said the expanded hours will be a benefit to students at nearby Cypress Community College and magnet high school Oxford Academy. Faraci also said the expanded hours should allow the Cypress Arts Commission and Parks and Recreation Department to increase cultural programming.
