An ownership transfer of open space on the border of Rancho Mission Viejo and San Juan Capistrano will allow residents to make improvements on their properties following a recent landslide.
The homeowners corporation that represents six San Juan Capistrano residents will assume ownership of the land. The landslide damaged structures in residents’ backyards.
