The Placentia Planning Commission will vote tonight on a request for a new retirement facility planned near Rose Drive and Alta Vista Street.
Homeplace Retirement Communities of America is asking to build a complex with more than 300 units for independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing.
The Planning Commission meets at 7:30 in council chambers at City Hall, 401 E. Chapman Ave.
