IJNT.net to Be Listed on NASDAQ Today

IJNT.net Inc., which provides integrated high-speed communications to businesses and consumers, said Monday that its stock will be listed on NASDAQ’s national market system, effective today.
Shares will trade under the symbol IJNT.
The company also said it will change its name to Universal Broadband Networks, subject to shareholder approval, within the next 75 days.
