Worker Dies After Tractor Accident

An industrial worker from Santa Paula died from lack of oxygen to his brain after an accident involving a tractor, authorities said.
Mike Cain, 38, died at the Ventura County Medical Center on Sunday, Deputy Coroner Armando Chavez said.
The accident happened about 8:30 a.m. Friday at New Base Concrete, 999 Mission Rock Road, authorities said.
Although few details have been released, Joe Luna, a spokesman for the county Fire Department, said Cain was servicing a skip-loader and was trapped by its backhoe.
