* Diane Nott-Kilfoil has been named vice president of human resources for Pink Dot Inc. in Camarillo, a grocery, household staples and prepared-food delivery service.
She was formerly director of human resources for branch operations at Kinko’s.
“Nott-Kilfoil will play a significant role in the cross-country expansion of Pink Dot,” said Dan Frederickson, Pink Dot’s chief executive.
Some of Nott-Kilfoil’s responsibilities will include establishing human resources strategies and programs, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organization training and development.
