The Foothill Ranch Civic Council will hold its first town meeting of the year at 7 p.m. Feb. 29. Guest speakers will include Assemblyman Bill Campbell (R-Villa Park) and Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer.
The council will discuss their support of the anti-airport Measure F on the March 7 ballot and give residents a preview of the new Foothill Ranch library before its March 4 groundbreaking. The council will meet at the Oakley auditorium at 1 Icon in Foothill Ranch. Information: (949) 253-0334.
