Search for Missing Fisherman Halted

Authorities on Tuesday indefinitely suspended the search for a 48-year-old Los Angeles man who disappeared Feb. 3 while fishing in the Point Mugu area.
Sheriff’s deputies searching for Jin Hun Kim believe he may have fallen into the sea while fishing near Mugu Rock off Pacific Coast Highway.
After Kim’s wife reported her husband missing, deputies found his car parked near the rock and then searched for him on land, by air and under water.
Authorities said they would resume the search if they receive any new information.
