Taxpayers over 60 can receive free federal and state income tax assistance at the Seal Beach Senior Center on Mondays through April 10. Help with tax preparation will be given by trained volunteers sponsored by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. Appointments start at 9, 10 or 11 a.m. Information: (562) 431-2527.
