Free agent guard Tony Delk has agreed to a contract with the Phoenix Suns, according to a broadcast report. KTAR radio in Phoenix said Delk, who spent last season with the Sacramento Kings, agreed to a contract worth $2.25 million, the most the Suns could offer using their salary cap exemption. . . . Stromile Swift, a 6-foot-10 forward from Louisiana State and the No. 2 overall pick in last month’s NBA draft, signed with Vancouver for the maximum allowed under the collective bargaining agreement, $8.388 million for three seasons. . . . Jamaal Magloire, Charlotte’s only selection in last month’s NBA draft, signed with the Hornets. . . . Guard Michael Redd, one of the Milwaukee Bucks’ two second-round draft choices and the 43rd pick overall out of Ohio State, signed a two-year contract.
