City Council members voted Tuesday to appoint Mayor Mimi Walters and Councilman Joe Brown as delegates to this year’s business meeting of the League of California Cities. Councilwoman Cassie DeYoung was appointed the alternate for the annual conference, to be held in Anaheim.
