The Discovery Science Center is offering a special Adult Night Out on Thursday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The event will include Irish music and food, green beer, and a lecture by Thomas J. Meade of the Beckman Institute at California Institute of Technology. Meade will discuss how science is allowing doctors to determine when heartburn is really a heart attack.
Tickets are $13 to $20.
