What has been a dream for many in San Clemente will become reality if the community can raise the money needed to convert Casa Romantica, the home of the city’s founder, into San Clemente’s first cultural arts center.
The City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved a feasibility study, conducted by a pair of consulting firms, that states Casa Romantica can successfully be rehabilitated, converted for public use and operated by a newly formed nonprofit organization.
