Golden West College will recognize director and playwright Charles Mitchell before the curtain opens on his 150th staged production, “The Three Musketeers,” on Saturday at 8 p.m. inside the 350-seat Mainstage Theatre.
Mitchell came to Golden West College in 1967 and has directed more than 100 plays during his tenure at the school.
“The Three Musketeers” will also play March 31 and April 1 at 8 p.m., with a matinee Sunday at 3 p.m.
General admission is $10.50, Golden West College students pay $8.50 and children younger than 12 pay $5.50.
The Mainstage Theater is at 15744 Golden West St. in Huntington Beach. Parking is free. To order tickets, call (714) 895-8150.
