Registration has begun for the Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department’s summer day camp, for kids 5 to 9, and Junior Leader camp, for kids 10 to 12.
The nine week-long sessions begin June 26 and end Aug. 25 with each week’s activities designed around a central camp theme. Camp hours are weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost is $90 per week, plus $7 for a camp T-shirt. Additional excursion fees are required for some sessions and family discounts are available.
