The Planning Commission will consider Monday 5/22 whether to modify the conditional use permits of the Lincoln Inn and Covered Wagon motels. The City Council limited stays to a maximum of any 30 days within a 90-day period at both motels. The commission will review whether to keep the stay limitation in place and possibly impose a deadline for the motels’ current long-term residents to find other housing.
