More than 50 students, parents and staff members of the Garden Grove Unified School District will volunteer to clean and spruce up the campus of Clinton-Mendenhall Elementary School, 13641 Clinton St.
The second annual School Pride Day will get underway with a continental breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Volunteers will rake leaves, wash windows and walls, shine drinking fountains and clean classrooms. Other community members are encouraged to participate. Information: (714) 663-6124.
