The City Council will hold a public hearing at its meeting tonight to decide whether to adopt recommendations of the city Parking, Traffic and Circulation Committee.
To be discussed are a proposal to restrict parking on the northeast corner of Baja and Del Mar avenues; the installation of a commercial loading zone at 891 Laguna Canyon Road; and safety concerns on Park Avenue between Skyline Drive and Thurston Middle School.
