The board of directors of the Rossmoor Community Services District will hold a public hearing at its meeting tonight to discuss whether to offer a discounted rate to nonprofit organizations that want to use Rossmoor facilities.
The board also will hear a progress report from a contractor that has been doing landscaping and maintenance improvements on local parks for the last six months.
The board meets at 7 p.m. at 3001 Blume Drive.
