* CAL POLY SAN LUIS OBISPO (8-13, 2-8) at CAL STATE FULLERTON (3-18, 2-9), 7--Eight of nine Big West teams qualify for the conference tournament, and Fullerton and Cal Poly each have one more conference victory than last-place Idaho. Fullerton won at San Luis Obispo, 85-77. Cal Poly SLO senior Chris Bjorklund, averaging 19 points, needs seven points to become the school’s top career scorer. Fullerton’s Ike Harmon has been cleared to return to the team after being sidelined since Jan. 19 because of a stress fracture in his left foot. Fullerton has lost seven consecutive games in Titan Gym and has won only once there in nine games this season.
