Country--6 p.m.: Billy Gilman is the youngest solo artist ever to make it onto the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart. But the sweet-voiced Gilman is not exactly from a country capital--he grew up in Hope Valley, R.I. He had his first hit while still a preteen, and he already has toured with the likes of Jo Dee Messina.
