Amanda Levens scored 22 points to lead No. 24-ranked Arizona State to a 67-65 victory over USC on Thursday night at Tempe, Ariz.
Arizona State, 17-7 and 9-3 in the Pacific 10, trailed most of the game but took a 66-59 lead when Levens made four free throws after USC Coach Chris Gobrecht received two technicals for disputing a foul by Tiffany Elmore.
USC (9-12, 4-7) had the final possession, but freshman Jessica Cheeks couldn’t get off a shot as time ran out.

In other games involving Pac-10 teams: Reshea Bristol had 25 points to lead five double-figure scorers for Arizona (17-7, 7-5) in an 89-79 victory over UCLA (3-19, 2-8) at Tucson. Arizona has a 12-game home win streak. UCLA, which got 22 points from Michelle Greco, has lost six in a row. . . . No. 23 Washington (16-6, 9-3) was a 77-70 winner over Oregon State (11-11, 3-9) at Corvallis, Ore., and remained tied for the Pac-10 lead with Arizona State.
