Transient Man Held on Suspicion of Killing

A 22-year-old transient was arrested Thursday on suspicion of killing another man during a brawl over a woman.
Police said Luis Alberto Flores was taken into custody after the fight at a homeless encampment beside a railroad track. The identity of the 41-year-old victim was withheld pending notification of relatives.
Witnesses said the two men scuffled over the attentions of a woman, who was not identified.
