Long Seeks Applicants for County Commissions

Ventura County Supervisor Kathy Long is seeking constituents from her district to apply for positions on the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee and the Parks Advisory Commission.
The so-called Citizens Cabinet “plays a key role in serving as a link with the community,” Long said.
Both commissions meet once a month at the Government Center, and meetings usually last one or two hours.
