Mac Users Sidestepped

Regarding “Getting Lost in the Web of Internet Fare Searches” (Travel Insider, June 9): I tried to use Sidestep and discovered that it won’t work unless you are using a Microsoft Windows-based computer. The company told me it is working on making the program available to Macintosh users, but my experience has been that this often doesn’t happen.
