* California Coastal Communities Inc., an Irvine residential land-development and home-building company, said net income for the fourth quarter totaled $4.6 million, or 45 cents a share, 48% higher than the $3.1 million, or 31 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue declined 26% to $6.3 million.
* Restoration Hardware Inc. said it would restate results for the first three quarters of its last fiscal year after discussions with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company also delayed release of its fourth-quarter results by a day, until today. Shares of the Corte Madera, Calif.-based firm rose 25 cents to $12.
* Imports through the Port of Los Angeles rose 52% in February from a year ago, as importers stocked up amid concern that labor unrest on the West Coast this summer may disrupt their supply lines.
