A 27-year-old West Hills woman, suspected of driving a stolen car, was arrested Tuesday morning after leading police on a chase and ramming several police cruisers as she tried to escape, authorities said.
Devi Jordan was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and driving under the influence, Glendale Police Sgt. Kirk Palmer said.
Jordan led officers on a chase that began in the Van Nuys area about 10:30 a.m. and ended with her arrest in Glendale, he said.
Eventually boxed in on a dead-end street, Jordan headed back toward several police cruisers and rammed a few of them before police stopped her and took her into custody, Palmer said.
