Re “School Parking Scofflaws Caught on Tape,” May 7: Hooray for the L.A. Department of Transportation’s video crackdown at schools. First as a parent, now as a grandparent, I’ve seen the total disregard these people have for signs regulating parking. They set terrible examples for children and deserve to be ticketed. If the city would accept help from volunteers armed with their own cameras, I’d be the first to sign up.
