Muslim Charity Leader Ordered Deported

A Detroit judge ordered that a Muslim charity leader accused of links to Al Qaeda be deported along with his family, saying he represents a security risk to the United States.
Nabih Haddad has been detained for 11 months but not charged with any serious crime.
The Treasury Department has charged that Haddad’s Illinois-based charity, the Global Relief Foundation, has well-established ties to Al Qaeda operatives, and put the group on a list of terrorist organizations last month.
