Bomb Kills 2 Outside Capital Police Office

A car bomb exploded outside Bogota’s police headquarters, killing an officer and a parking lot attendant and wounding 36 others in the first attack on the nation’s capital in months.
The bomb was packed into the trunk of a taxi and driven into a parking lot next to the headquarters. Police said they believe that rebels of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, were responsible.
