Business Park Planned Next to Citadel Center

Developer Overton Moore Properties and partner Crow Holdings Industrial Trust plan to build a $40-million business park on a 47-acre parcel in City of Commerce.
The Citadel Business Center will include 12 buildings with 750,000 square feet of distribution and manufacturing space. The buildings will be available for lease and for sale, according to officials at Gardena-based Overton Moore. Potential buyers have informally committed to about 50% of the space, a spokesman said.
The project, on Smithway Street adjacent to the Citadel shopping center, is scheduled to be completed in fall 2003.
