Inmate Flees Courthouse

A Reseda man in custody for a probation violation escaped from the Van Nuys Courthouse on Wednesday, authorities said.
Brian Keith Holm, 45, was wearing green shorts and a white T-shirt when he eluded deputies at the courthouse Tuesday about 1 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Authorities declined to provide more details.
Holm, a convicted burglar whose probation was revoked in April for harassing a former girlfriend, is described as 5 feet 7 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information may contact local authorities or the sheriff’s bureau at (323) 526-5541.
