Teacher Gets 61 Years in Prison for Molestation

This city’s former top youth soccer official and a high school teacher has been sentenced to 61 years in prison for child molestation. Before his sentencing Thursday, Ronald Inman, 43, of Ceres maintained his innocence.
A judge also ordered Inman to pay $10,000 in restitution to help cover the boys’ counseling fees and $5,000 to help cover his court-appointed attorney’s legal fees.
Inman, a former Modesto Youth Soccer Assn. commissioner and industrial arts teacher at Gustine High School, was found guilty of molesting four boys, assaulting another and showing pornography.
