From Times Wire Reports
Prosecutors in Baton Rouge may use key DNA evidence against a man accused in the serial killings of seven Louisiana women, a judge ruled, rejecting defense claims that the DNA was obtained unlawfully.
Police say Derrick Lee’s DNA links him to the murders committed between 1998 and 2003, as well as an attack on another woman.
Lee, who was arrested last May, has been indicted in three killings and is charged in the other attack. He has pleaded innocent.
