Maybe Irish Decision Was About Coaching

The executive director of the Black Coaches Assn. claims “something is really wrong” as a result of the recent resignation of one black college football head coach and the firing of two others.
What’s really wrong is the constant labeling of coaches by the color of their skin. This is no less discriminatory than if the coaches in question were actually forced to leave because of their skin color.
