Grand Jury to Probe Councilman’s Dealings

A city councilman already under scrutiny for allegedly seeking gifts and contributions will be the subject of a Santa Clara County grand jury investigation, a newspaper reported.
The grand jury will begin its inquiry into Councilman Terry Gregory next month, according to a subpoena obtained by the San Jose Mercury News.
