Ivan McFarlin scored 21 points to lead No. 7 Oklahoma State to its first season sweep of Oklahoma in six years with a 65-52 victory on Monday in a Big 12 Conference game at Norman, Okla.
The Cowboys (20-2, 10-1) have won 10 straight games and remained on track to secure their first outright conference title since 1965.
The Sooners (16-6, 6-5) lost at home for only the third time in 51 games.
In other games: Chris Thomas scored 25 points to lift Notre Dame (13-9, 7-5) to an 84-72 victory over Syracuse (16-6, 6-5) in a Big East Conference game at Syracuse, N.Y.... Craig Smith scored 14 of his 21 points in the second half to lead Boston College (17-8, 6-6) to a 67-63 victory over Seton Hall (16-7, 6-5) in a Big East game at East Rutherford, N.J. ... Jay Straight scored 22 points to lead Wyoming (10-13, 3-7) to a 74-65 victory over Utah (19-6, 7-3) in a Mountain West Conference game at Laramie, Wyo.
