1,500 Mourn Deputy Killed in On-Duty Crash

About 1,500 people, including officers, family and friends, gathered for a memorial service honoring Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Grant.
There were officers from as far as Las Vegas and many community members who remembered Grant from his days at Sonora High School.
Grant, 46, died on Memorial Day in a car accident while rushing to the scene of an airplane crash.
