Lyne Signs 3-Year Deal With Stewart’s Firm

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. signed Chief Executive Susan Lyne to a three-year employment contract that would pay a base annual salary of $900,000 and make her eligible for a bonus of as much as $1.35 million a year.
Lyne will also receive a one-time payment of $447,120 as well as 200,000 shares of restricted stock and options to buy 400,000 Class A shares at $18.57 a share, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Shares of the New York-based company fell 40 cents to $17.40 on the NYSE.
