News Corp. May Buy Full Control of Fox

News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch said he would consider buying full control of Fox Entertainment Group Inc. after News Corp. moved its headquarters to the U.S. from Australia.
News Corp. is in no hurry to buy the 18% of Fox that it doesn’t already own, Murdoch said at a Goldman Sachs investor conference in New York. Fox, which includes the 20th Century Fox film studio, the Fox broadcast television network and cable TV’s Fox News Channel, is the biggest contributor to News Corp.’s sales and profit. Full ownership may be an option because the stock isn’t expensive, Murdoch said without elaborating.
