Woodside to Develop Natural Gas Terminal

Woodside Petroleum Ltd., Australia’s second-biggest oil company, signed an initial accord with Crystal Energy to develop a $350-million natural gas import terminal off Ventura.
Woodside will help design the proposed Clearwater Port plant and has agreed in principle to operate it, the company said.
