Britain’s cases against nine North Africans accused of plotting to spread the deadly toxin ricin in London resulted in only one conviction.
Kamel Bourgass, 29, was sentenced in June to life in prison for stabbing a policeman to death Jan. 14, 2003. Reporting on the cases was banned until all were resolved.
A court found four Algerians not guilty Friday and dropped charges against three Algerians and a Libyan on Wednesday.
