Palestinian Gunman Killed Near Settlement

At least one Palestinian gunman was killed in a battle with Israeli forces near the Jewish settlement of Kfar Darom in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army said.
Army officials said three gunmen took over a house near the settlement and fired guns and antitank weapons at settlers’ homes.
Radio broadcasts said there were no Israeli casualties.
A Palestinian militant group said an attack had been launched on Kfar Darom but gave no details.
