REGARDING Judi Dash’s item in “Gear & Gadgets” [“Classy Cafe,” Sept. 11], any coffee aficionado knows that you do not brew coffee with boiling water; this will burn the coffee. However, hot water from the hotel room coffeemaker (which is not boiling) will certainly suffice.
Hurray for shunning the powdered creamer (yuck).
