New Cresa CEO Headed Orange County Branch

Cresa Partners, a Boston-based commercial real estate brokerage with offices in Southern California, said Kevin J. Hayes is now chief executive.
Hayes was head of Cresa’s Orange County branch and will continue to operate from Newport Beach. Cresa did not have a CEO, Chairman Bill Goade said.
Hayes, 49, came to the company last year when he led the conversion of his office from an outpost of competitor Staubach Co. to Cresa. He had been with Staubach since 1985 and served as president of its corporate services division for Southern California.
Cresa, which represents tenants with close to 600 brokers, plans to seek more national accounts in the next three years, Vice Chairman Gerald Porter said.
