Northrop Names Head of Mission Systems Unit

Northrop Grumman Corp. named Jerry Agee as head of its Mission Systems business, replacing Donald C. Winter, who has been nominated to be secretary of the Navy.
Agee, 62, has been acting chief of the business since August, when Winter stepped down after his nomination by President Bush for the Navy post, the Century City-based company said.
Separately, Northrop won a contract worth as much as $2.5 billion over 10 years to support a broad range of Missile Defense Agency activities, the Pentagon said.
